nData Architecture & Design
n

n• Lead the end-to-end and design of data platforms using databricks, Microsoft Fabric/ Synapse Analytics/ADF and SparkSQL/pyspark.
n• Define and implement data models, warehouse/lakehouse designs, and normalization strategies to support manufacturing analytics.
n• Establish data integration patterns, ingestion pipelines, and governance frameworks across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.
n• Drive adoption of best practices in SQL, PySpark, and data lakehouse technologies.
n• Should have strong working experience in Databricks
n• Good understanding of Medallion architecture
n

nTechnical Leadership & Guidance
n

n• Partner with data engineers, BI developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
n• Lead the team and provide reviews, performance tuning, and optimization guidance across databricks,SQL, PySpark,



and Synapse/ADF/MSFabric workloads.
n• Mentor and guide teams in building effective Lakehouse, pipelines, ELT/ETL frameworks, and reusable components.
n• Establish standards for security, compliance, metadata management, and lineage tracking.

nAnalytics & Reporting Enablement
n

n• Lead & Develop enterprise BI solutions in Power BI, ensuring performance, usability, and self-service capabilities.
n• Define semantic models and KPIs relevant to the various domains.
n• Collaborate with business teams to operationalize advanced analytics, predictive maintenance, and digital twin use cases.

nTechnical Skills Primary
n

n• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, or analytics roles.
n• Databricks (Unified Analytics Platform)
n• ETL / ELT Design (Fabric, Synapse, ADF)
n• Spark SQL & PySpark — large-scale data transformations
n• Delta Lake — ACID transactions, time travel, sche
