nMust Have Solid working expertise on – ITOM, Discovery, Event Management & Service Mapping.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.n
- Drive end-to-end delivery of ITOM modules including:n

no Service Mapping
no Event Management

- n
- Define and implement CMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.n
- Design integration solutions with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics).n
- Architect event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows.n
- Provide expertise in service mapping strategies (top-down & bottom-up approaches).n
- Establish best practices for data accuracy, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.n




- Lead technical workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.n
- Mentor developers and guide the team on ServiceNow best practices.n
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards.n

nRequired Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.n
- Strong hands-on expertise in:n

no ServiceNow Discovery
no Service Mapping
no Event Management
n• Deep understanding of:
no CMDB architecture & data modeling
no Identification & reconciliation rules

- Experience with MID Server setup and management.n
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.n
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations workflows.n
- Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.n
- Hands-on scripting experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs.n
