Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are seeking an experienced SCM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate must have a Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industry background and hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.n
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:n
- Procurementn
- Supplier Managementn
- Inventory Managementn
- Product Information Management (PIM)n
- Order Managementn
- Manufacturingn
- Lead solution design workshops, CRP/UAT sessions, and production deployments.n
- Optimize supply chain processes while ensuring compliance with Healthcare/Life Sciences business requirements.n
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.n




- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.n
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.n

nMandatory Skills

- 8+ years of Oracle SCM functional consulting experience.n
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules:n
- Procurementn
- Supplier Managementn
- Inventory Managementn
- Product Information Management (PIM)n
- Order Managementn
- Manufacturingn
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.n
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.n
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.n
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.n
