We are hiring for Quality Manager – Hydraulic Industry

Location : Chennai

Qualification: BE/Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 8–10 years in Hydraulic/Heavy Engineering/Automotive Industry

Salary : Upto 11 Lakhs Per Annum

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve QMS as per ISO 9001:2015, including audits, documentation, CAPA and continual improvement.

Oversee IQC, IPQC and FQC for hydraulic cylinders, power packs, manifolds and related components.

Ensure quality of CNC/VMC machining, honing, welding, fabrication and assembly processes.

Conduct dimensional, pressure, leakage, functional and load testing.

Manage supplier quality, vendor audits and supplier performance.

Ensure calibration and maintenance of all measuring and testing equipment.





Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, RCA, 8D and corrective actions.

Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, rejection/rework reduction and process improvement.

Lead and develop QA/QC engineers and inspectors.

Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase and Service teams to achieve quality targets.

Required Skills: Hydraulic cylinders & power packs, machining/welding inspection, ISO 9001:2015, RCA/5 Why/Fishbone/8D/CAPA, calibration, hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings, ERP. Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
