Job Role

E-Commerce Quality Control (QC) Executive

- Inspect products for quality, damage, defects, size, color, and quantity.

- Verify products against online orders, SKU, product details, and specifications.

- Perform quality checks before packing and dispatch.

- Ensure the correct product is packed according to the customer order.

- Identify defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing products.

- Maintain daily QC records and reports.

- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.

- Verify product labels, barcodes, and SKU details for accuracy.

- Ensure products meet the required quality standards before dispatch.

- Report quality issues and discrepancies to the concerned team.

Key Responsibilities

Product Quality Checking

- Check products for physical damage, defects, size, color, and quantity.

- Inspect products before packing and dispatch.

- Ensure products meet defined quality standards.

- Identify and segregate defective or damaged products.

Order & SKU Verification

- Match products with online customer orders.

- Verify SKU,



product details, specifications, size, color, and quantity.

- Ensure the correct product is packed against each order.

- Check labels and barcodes for accuracy.

QC Records & Coordination

- Maintain daily QC records and reports.

- Record product discrepancies and quality issues.

- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for corrective action.

- Follow up on identified quality issues until resolution.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and dispatch processes.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to identify product errors and quality issues.

- Basic problem-solving skills.

- Valuable attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Any Graduate is mandatory.

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Warehouse, or Quality Control (QC) is mandatory.
