Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of quality engineers and manual testers to ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications related to healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes in the application.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement in the RCM process.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in QA leadership role with expertise in healthcare industry.
- Solid understanding of manual testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems or similar healthcare-related software.
