- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA/QC &
- Billing Engineer to oversee quality control, material testing, site billing, documentation, and compliance for a high-rise residential construction project.

- The project covers approximately 9 lakh sq. ft. across 4 towers with B+16 floors. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in core QA/QC and site billing for high-rise residential construction, along with thorough knowledge of Indian Construction Codes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control &

- Material Testing:

- Inspect raw materials, structural elements, and workmanship at the project site.

- Ensure construction activities comply with approved quality standards and specifications.

- Monitor material testing procedures and maintain quality records.

- Ensure adherence to applicable Indian Standard (IS) Codes and construction requirements.

- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the concerned teams.

Billing &

- Bill Certification

- Verify vendor and contractor bills based on actual work executed at the site.

- Audit quantities, measurements, and supporting documentation submitted for billing.

- Certify bills after verifying work quality and compliance with approved specifications.

- Coordinate with site execution and management teams regarding billing discrepancies and clarifications.

Documentation &

- QA/QC Systems

- Prepare and maintain QA/QC checklists, Method Statements, Standard Operating Procedures, and audit reports.

- Maintain proper quality-related documentation and records.

- Ensure required inspection and testing documents are completed and updated.

- Support quality audits and maintain documentation for project compliance.

Site &

- Team Coordination

- Distribute approved drawings, technical specifications, Method Statements, and quality protocols to site execution teams.





- Monitor site teams to ensure approved drawings and quality procedures are followed.

- Coordinate with project management, site engineers, contractors, and execution teams.

- Communicate quality-related observations and corrective requirements effectively.

Management Reporting

- Prepare quality reports and presentations for management review.

- Use MS Excel and PowerPoint for quality documentation, analysis, and reporting.

- Highlight quality issues, root causes, corrective actions, and preventive measures.

- Provide regular updates on project quality and billing-related matters.

Education

Job Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Technical Knowledge

- Thorough knowledge of IS Codes and construction quality standards.

- Strong understanding of material testing procedures.

- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and quality compliance frameworks.

- Strong understanding of site execution and billing procedures.

- Ability to verify and certify contractor and vendor bills based on actual work completed.

Software &

- Reporting Skills

- Excellent command of MS Excel.

- Positive knowledge of MS PowerPoint.

- Strong general computer skills for documentation, reporting, and project records.

Communication Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with management, project teams, contractors, and site execution crews.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experienced QA/QC professional with strong site billing knowledge.

- Proven experience handling quality control activities for high-rise residential projects.
