Job Title: Python Automation Architect with Gen AI - Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Architect with strong Generative AI expertise to lead the architecture and solution design for an automation initiative.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of overall experience , solid expertise in Python automation and architecture, along with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI .
The role will involve architecting and rapidly developing an automation utility, evaluating opportunities to leverage GenAI and Agentic AI , and defining scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall architecture and technical solution for Python-based automation initiatives.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for intelligent automation using GenAI and Agentic AI .
- Design scalable, modular, secure, and maintainable automation frameworks using Python.
- Evaluate and architect solutions involving LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration .
- Determine appropriate use cases for Agentic AI and define agent architecture and interaction patterns.
- Lead technical POCs and rapidly validate GenAI/Agentic AI-based automation approaches.
- Define integration architecture between AI components, enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and automation platforms.
