URGENT HIRING – PURCHASE & PHARMACY HEAD

Position: Purchase & Pharmacy Head

Industry: Hospital / Healthcare

Experience: 8–15 Years

Location: Jaipur

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA preferred

& Responsibilities

- Manage complete hospital purchase and pharmacy operations.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines, surgical items, consumables, and medical supplies.
- Handle vendor selection, negotiation, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier management.
- Monitor pharmacy inventory, stock levels, expiry, and FEFO practices.
- Control procurement costs and maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, pharmacy regulations, and hospital SOPs.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, stores, finance, and administration teams.




- Manage purchase/pharmacy staff and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Reduce stock-outs, expiry losses, and unnecessary inventory.
- Ensure quality, timely procurement, and cost-effective purchasing.
