- 10+ years of expereince in sourcing PTFE and silicone products

- Managing global contracts and vendors and vendor substitution process.

About Our Client The company operates in the specialised chemical industry and is located in Mumbai

- Lead global sourcing and supplier development for specialty raw materials

- Source fluorosurfactants, silicones, waxes, PTFE dispersions, nano-ceramics, nano-graphites and additives

- Partner with R&D;, QC and Plant teams on trials and validate

- Negotiate commercials, MOQ, freight, lead times and supply terms

- Manage imports, alternate sourcing and supplier performance

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Experience in procurement and supply chain management.

- Knowledge of procurement practices in the mechanical industry.

- Bachelor's/Master's in Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline

- Polymer Chemistry background preferred

- Strong international sourcing and import experience
