Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day procurement activities for our HVAC/MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, quotation comparison, price negotiation, purchase orders, and timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily purchase and procurement activities.
- Source HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, and project-related materials.
- Identify and coordinate with new and existing vendors.
- Collect and compare vendor quotations.
- Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and negotiate prices.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) after receiving approvals.
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Stores, Accounts, and Design teams.
- Check material specifications, quantity, rates, and approved brands.
- Resolve issues related to material quality, shortage, and delivery.
- Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.




- Update purchase details in ERP/Excel and prepare purchase reports.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Purchase & Procurement processes.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- ERP experience will be an added advantage.
- HVAC/MEP material knowledge will be preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in HVAC, MEP, Construction, Engineering, or Infrastructure.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiner / short notice period preferred.
- Candidates with HVAC/MEP purchase experience will be given preference.
- Valuable negotiation and vendor-handling skills.

Location: Warje, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
