Position: Purchase Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end procurement of civil, interior, construction, and project-related materials.

- Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchases.

- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.

- Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand material requirements.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.

- Monitor material quality, pricing, and vendor performance.

- Maintain proper documentation and follow company procurement policies.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Civil Construction or Interior Fit-out.

- Good knowledge of construction and interior materials.

- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
