Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, vendor development, and cost reduction.

- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- Negotiate with vendors to secure best prices and terms.

- Develop strategies for supply chain development and sourcing.

- Create and manage purchase orders for materials and services.

- Day to day coordination after placement of purchase orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Solid knowledge of purchase order creation, vendor negotiation, and procurement planning.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

- Experience in Railways industry preferably or engineering & construction and auto components may also be considered.

- experience in bulk procurement of engineering items all types.

- Knows Proper maintenance of stock records and its consumption and balance stock.
