Role Description The Public Relations Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will plan and execute PR campaigns, draft and distribute press releases, and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to enhance Urbanrise’s brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, preparing communication materials, coordinating interviews and events, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

The Public Relations

Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives, manage reputation,



and respond to public inquiries or issues. This role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders and timely reporting on PR activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills to build and maintain positive relationships with media and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Strategic Communications skills to develop clear, impactful messages aligned with organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess experience in drafting and managing Press Releases to support campaigns, announcements, and brand positioning.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property development, or related industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze media metrics, use PR tools or platforms, and adapt strategies based on performance and market trends.
