Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to maintain a positive brand image for the company.
- Manage media relationships, craft press releases, and create engaging content to promote the organization's mission and goals.
- Provide crisis communications support during times of crisis or controversy, ensuring timely and accurate messaging that minimizes damage to the brand.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop corporate communication plans that align with business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in public relations or related field (NGO/social services/industry associations).
- Robust background in client servicing, content development, corporate communication, brand communication, media relations, press release writing.
- Proven track record in developing successful PR campaigns that drive results.
