Projects Safety Head

Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh

Function: Health, Safety & Setting (HSE)

We are seeking an experienced Projects HSE Lead to drive Health, Safety & Environment excellence for Project Jagriti . The role is responsible for delivering the project with zero harm , ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening safety culture, and embedding HSE requirements across engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation of project HSE management systems and ISO 45001 aligned practices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, PTW systems, and contractor safety requirements.
- Drive risk assessments, hazard identification, and implementation of effective control measures.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Develop HSE dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support project leadership decision-making.




- Promote a proactive safety culture through visible leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Desired Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 12+ years of HSE experience, including leadership responsibility in large industrial/EPC/manufacturing projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, PTW systems, contractor safety, risk management, and incident investigation.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital HSE reporting systems.

Success Measures
- Zero Fatality and Zero LTI.
- 100% implementation of HSE systems, audits, PTW controls, and corrective actions.
- Strong safety culture demonstrated through workforce engagement and proactive risk reduction.
