Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and improve overall project performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 7-13 years of experience in aerospace or related industries as a Project Manager (PMP certification preferred).
- Solid understanding of PMO principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
