Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – SAP Business One (Functional) to lead and manage end-to-end SAP Business One implementation and delivery projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, client and stakeholder management, functional requirement analysis, team coordination, risk management, and successful project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One modules, business processes, configuration, and implementation methodologies , along with proven project management experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Plan and manage end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved scope and budget.
- Coordinate project activities across functional, technical, and business teams.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand business requirements and manage client expectations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

3. SAP Business One Functional Management

- Lead functional requirement gathering and business process discussions.
- Understand and map business requirements to SAP Business One functionalities.
- Provide functional guidance on SAP Business One modules, configuration, integration, and processes.
- Coordinate with functional consultants and technical developers for solution design and implementation.
- Review functional specifications and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

- Lead cross-functional teams comprising SAP Business One functional consultants, developers, business analysts, testers,



and other project resources.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams.

5. Risk, Issue & Change Management

- Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans to address project challenges.
- Manage scope changes through appropriate change-control processes.
- Ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

6. Testing & Quality Assurance

- Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Review test plans and ensure adequate validation of SAP Business One functionality.
- Ensure the implemented solution meets approved business requirements and quality standards.

7. Documentation, Training & Support

- Ensure preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including:
- Business/Functional Requirement Documents
- Functional Specifications
- Project Plans
- Test Plans and UAT Documentation
- User Manuals and Training Materials
- Coordinate end-user training and knowledge transfer.
- Support the transition from implementation to post-go-live support.

8. Project Closure

- Ensure successful go-live and project handover to the support/operations team.
- Conduct project closure reviews and document lessons learned.
- Ensure all project deliverables and documentation are completed and formally closed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field .
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Business One Functional implementation/project management.
- Strong understanding of SAP Business One architecture, modules, functionality, and configuration .
- Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects .
- Positive understanding of business processes such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, CRM, and related ERP processes .
