Role Description The RMS Support and Onboarding Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Surat. This role is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process for ASI’s hotel management and reservation systems, including system setup, configuration, and basic training. The executive will provide technical and customer support,



respond to client queries, resolve system-related issues, and ensure a smooth transition to the RMS platform. Day-to-day activities include troubleshooting technical problems, documenting issues and resolutions, coordinating with internal teams for escalations, and proactively monitoring client accounts to enhance system adoption and satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients, gathering feedback for product improvement, and supporting process documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand client requirements, interpret system data, and identify patterns in issues or usage.
