Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role fit.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, communication, experience, CTC, notice period, and availability.
Coordinate with candidates and clients for interviews, assessments, feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.




Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience and minimize dropouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Work closely with hiring managers, SPOCs, vendors, and internal teams to meet hiring targets.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
