Build Digital Solutions for Real Manufacturing ProblemsBWS is expanding its Manufacturing Digital Solutions Practice and is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong manufacturing domain knowledge and technology delivery experience.

We are looking for someone who understands how factories operate and can also drive digital/technology projects from requirements to successful production deployment.

This is not a generic IT Project Manager role.

What You Will OwnYou will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing digital projects, working across:

Customer / Plant Team → Manufacturing SME → BA → Technical Lead → Development → QA → Deployment

Your responsibilities will include

- Own project planning, execution, timelines, scope and delivery.
- Understand manufacturing processes and convert business problems into actionable project requirements.
- Work closely with customers, plant teams and manufacturing SMEs.
- Coordinate BA, Technical Lead, Developers, QA and other project teams.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood before development starts.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables.
- Drive customer reviews, UAT, deployment and production rollout.
- Manage scope changes and customer expectations.
- Identify delivery risks early and drive corrective action.
- Ensure projects are delivered with the expected quality, timeline and customer outcome.
- Build disciplined and repeatable project execution practices.

What We're Looking ForMust Have:

- 8–14 years of experience with significant project delivery responsibility.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
- Experience delivering manufacturing technology / digital transformation projects.
- Solid stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional business + technology teams.
- Ability to understand business requirements and work effectively with technical teams.
- Strong project planning, execution, risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently drive projects from requirement → development → UAT → deployment.

Good to Have: MES | Industry 4.0 | IIoT | ERP Integration | OEE | Power BI | Data & Analytics | AI | SAP | Odoo | PLC/SCADA The Right CandidateYou should be comfortable having a conversation with a Plant Head about production problems in the morning and a Technical Lead about solution dependencies in the afternoon.

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-oriented Project Manager, not a PMO/reporting-only profile.

❌ You have manufacturing experience but no technology project delivery experience

❌ You manage only timelines and reports without owning actual delivery
