Role Description The Project Manager in Civil is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune / Banglore Division, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of civil construction projects. This role involves planning project schedules, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

The Project

Manager will supervise site activities, lead cross-functional teams, liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors,



and resolve technical and operational issues to keep projects on track. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress against milestones, preparing status reports, managing procurement and expediting of materials, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also requires proactive risk management, timely escalation of critical issues, and continuous improvement in processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to verify construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, site logistics, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Proven experience managing civil construction projects, preferably in large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management and construction software tools
