Profile: Project Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Required Experience: Min 5 years

We are seeking a seasoned project Manager with deep expertise in managing and delivering large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs. The ideal candidate combines strong program/project management skills, governance expertise, and a proven track record of driving delivery excellence across global IAM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs across multiple clients in India and globally.
2. Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs aligned with client objectives.
3. Manage cross-functional project teams (IAM engineers, architects, business analysts, and vendor partners).
4. Oversee delivery across IAM, IGA, Access Management domains, ensuring integration quality and compliance.
5. Maintain program governance: risk management, financial tracking, reporting, and executive updates.
6. Drive timely milestone achievement, value realization, and client invoicing.
7. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at CXO and operational levels.
8.



Ensure adherence to best practices in project management (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid models).

Required Skills -

Technical IAM Knowledge

1. SSO/MFA: Okta, Ping Identity
2. IGA: Saviynt, SailPoint
3. PAM: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or equivalent

Program/Project Management Skills:
1. 5+ years of total experience managing IAM or security programs.
2. Expertise in project planning, governance, budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
4. Robust client-facing communication and executive reporting skills.
5. Prior experience in consulting firms, system integrators, or IAM service providers is highly desirable.
