About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the EdTech domain and exposure to sales, marketing, and client-facing activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, working closely with internal teams and clients, supporting business and sales activities, and ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate with clients, understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support sales and marketing teams in coordinating business activities and client requirements.
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Maintain project-related reports, documentation, and status updates.




- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve project-related issues.
- Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Support client onboarding, project coordination, and ongoing client engagement.
- Ensure projects and business deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Monitor project requirements and communicate updates effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is required.
- Experience working with or coordinating sales and marketing teams.
- Prior experience in client interaction, client communication, or client coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- English and Hindi communication skills are required.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to work from Hyderabad are preferred.
