About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Client / Order Servicing to manage end-to-end order coordination and client servicing for institutional and school uniform orders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients to collect order details, sizes and measurements.

Communicate order details and changes accurately with the HO / Operations team.

Track order execution and production status.

Verify finished products as per client specifications.

Coordinate uniform distribution and maintain proper records.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Accounts and Operations teams.





Monitor finished-goods inventory.

Maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.

Prepare order and client servicing reports.

Candidate Profile

4–6 years of experience in Client Servicing, Order Management, Order Servicing, Operations or Production Coordination.

Experience in Apparel / Garment / Textile / School Uniform industry is preferred.

Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Experience handling bulk or institutional orders will be an advantage.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
