Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day production activities of the precast concrete unit. The role involves production planning, mould setup, manpower allocation, production target achievement, coordination with cross-functional teams, SAP and production reporting, quality monitoring, and ensuring protected and efficient shop-floor operations.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production as per targets and mould availability.
- Manage mould setup, rotation, cleaning, rebar readiness, and product placement.
- Allocate and monitor manpower, production loads, and shop-floor activities.
- Monitor Plan vs. Actual production, quantity, tonnage, and daily production reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Rebar, Batching Plant, Logistics, Admin, and EHS teams.
- Monitor concrete quality and production processes and resolve operational issues.
- Manage SAP activities, including BOM updates and material issuance.
- Supervise Group In-Charges and Operators, including attendance and overtime.
- Ensure timely shifting of finished products to the stockyard.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, production records, and accident/incident reporting.

Job Summary





Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day precast concrete production activities to achieve production targets safely and efficiently. The role includes manpower allocation, mould preparation and maintenance, rebar and accessory checking, concrete pouring, steam curing, demoulding, stock coordination, and shop-floor safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

- Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and ensure safe working practices on the shop floor.
- Manage shift-wise manpower allocation and attendance to achieve production targets.
- Ensure product rotation and mould changes are completed as per the production plan.
- Supervise mould cleaning, oiling, greasing, mopping, maintenance, and repairs after demoulding.
- Check rebar positioning and mould accessories as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Batching Plant for concrete requirements and monitor concrete levels after pouring.
- Monitor steam curing, valves, and product temperatures and ensure SFR records are accurately maintained as per SOP.
- Inspect products and confirm they are ready for demoulding as per quality requirements.
- Coordinate plant housekeeping and cleaning activities as per shift schedules.
- Coordinate with Dispatch, Rebar, Mould Maintenance, and Maintenance teams for stock availability, mould changes, rebar requirements, and crane breakdowns.
- Ensure proper shop-floor coordination, production records, quality standards, and safety compliance.
