Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities for LED Drivers, SMPS, & Electronic Circuit.
- Plan and allocate work to production.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Perform and supervise testing of LED Drivers and SMPS.
- Troubleshoot and repairing of Circuits.
- Coordinate with the R&D; to resolve production and technical issues.
- Ensure components are used according to the BOM, specifications, and approved samples.
- Maintain daily production, reports.
- Coordinate with Store for component availability and production requirements.
Key Skills Required
- Good practical knowledge of LED Drivers and SMPS.
- Good understanding of CC (Constant Current) and CV (Constant Voltage)
Drivers and their applications.
- Knowledge of different types of LED Driver topologies and basic SMPS circuits.
- Positive knowledge of PCB assembly, component mounting, soldering, and de-soldering.
- Proficiency in using measuring and testing instruments, including:
- Digital Multimeter
- DC Power Supply
- Electronic Load
- Wattmeter / Power Meter
- LCR Meter
- Other electronic testing equipment
- Ability to read and understand electronic circuit diagrams and schematics.
- Ability to prepare and maintain production and testing reports using MS Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience Candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in LED lighting Industry .
