– Production Supervisor Department: Production Industry: Automotive Manufacturing Location: Chakan Pune Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head Experience: 2–5 Years Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily/shift-wise production plan and achieve production targets. Manage manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization. Monitor OEE, productivity, cycle time and machine downtime .

Ensure production as per SOP, Work Instructions and Control Plan. Control rejection, rework and process deviations. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC for smooth production. Ensure availability of material, machines and manpower.

Maintain production, OEE, rejection and downtime reports. Ensure compliance with Safety, 5S and housekeeping standards.



Conduct proper shift handover and escalate production issues. Drive continuous improvement and productivity improvement initiatives.

Key KPIsProduction Achievement: ≥98% OEE: ≥80% Rejection: ≤0.5% Safety: Zero LTI 5S Compliance: ≥90% Downtime: Continuous reduction Qualification & SkillsDiploma / ITI / BE – Mechanical / Production / Automobile. 3–7 years' experience in automotive manufacturing. Positive manpower handling and leadership skills. Knowledge of OEE, 5S, 7 QC Tools, SOP, Control Plan and IATF 16949 . Basic knowledge of Excel / SAP / ERP preferred.
