- Supervision of shop floor production activities
- Handling manpower and ensuring smooth workflow
- Monitoring production output and maintaining efficiency
- Knowledge of machine operations and fabrication processes
- Knowledge of machining
- Maintaining quality standards and safety practices
- Handling plate cutting
- Achieving production targets
- Preparation of daily production reports & reporting to Director

Strengths Required:

- Quick learner with ability to adapt to plant operations

Preferred candidate profile: 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing / production department.

Engineering / Fabrication workplace preferred.

Mechanical Engineering unit Machine manufacturing, hydraulic systems and Metal Fabrication.

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE Mechanical Engineering
