We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support cost management, quantity verification, and contract administration for a large-scale desalination project in Chennai. The role involves monitoring project costs, verifying quantities, preparing contractor bills, and ensuring effective commercial control of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Verify executed quantities at site for civil, mechanical, and pipeline works.
Maintain measurement records and documentation.
Prepare and review Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
Verify contractor invoices and supporting documentation.
Track BOQ consumption and project cost variations.
