We are seeking a skilled Accountant (Lead Analyst R2R)



to join GLBL BusSvcs RTR – Global Finance Services Division.
The Record to Report (RTR) professional plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial accounting and reporting activities. This position supports the end-to-end financial close process while maintaining compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and organizational policies. The role combines solid accounting expertise, analytical capability, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver reliable financial information that supports business decision-making.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore Office, KA-India
What you will do
Maintain financial records and accounting transactions in compliance with GAAP, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
