The Opportunity
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be the key coordinator between customers, service centers, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, operational coordination, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Customer Support & Service Management





Act as the primary contact point for customer inquiries and service requests.
Provide Level 1 support by troubleshooting basic operational issues and guiding customers through standard processes.
Track and follow up customer requests to ensure timely resolution within SLA.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide regular status updates.

Operations & Service Delivery Coordination

Manage service requests from initiation to closure.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service execution.
Support service centers in daily operational activities and request management.
Monitor service performance and turnaround times.

Spare Parts & Order Management

Process and coordinate approved spare parts requests.
Work with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Monitor shipment status and maintain accurate records.
Support spare parts sales activities including order processing,
