About the Role
Refyne is undergoing significant expansion, and our Risk division is seeking a leader who can




demonstrate unwavering ownership over portfolio health, transforming intricate data sets into
decisive risk mitigations and business outcomes.
In this capacity as Senior Manager / Manager – Portfolio Risk & Credit Analytics, you will collaborate with the Risk Head and broader leadership to evaluate portfolio vitality, pinpoint emerging risks, refine credit frameworks, and implement evidence-based initiatives.
Your responsibilities will converge across Portfolio Oversight, Credit Risk, Data Science, Strategic
Credit, Partner Management, and Systems Automation.
You will balance granular portfolio diagnostics with high-level strategy, lender assessments, and the development of robust analytical tools. Your mission is to transcend basic reporting, ensuring we articulate the drivers of past performance, future projections, and the necessary corrective
measures.
