Center Operations: Manage the day-to-day functioning of the center and ensure smooth operations.
Team Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate teachers, trainers, counselors, and support staff.
Student/Customer Management: Ensure a positive experience, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
Academic/Service Quality: Monitor the quality of teaching, training, or services and ensure standards are maintained.
Admissions & Enrollment: Support lead generation, admissions, follow-ups, and achievement of enrollment targets.
Revenue & Targets: Take responsibility for center-level sales, revenue, and performance targets.
Staff Performance: Set goals, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and identify training needs.
Attendance & Discipline: Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and adherence to center policies.
Parent/Client Communication: Maintain regular communication and handle escalations professionally.
Administration: Manage schedules, records, inventory, facilities, and other administrative requirements.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure company policies,



legal requirements, safety procedures, and documentation are followed.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on admissions, attendance, revenue, staff performance, and center activities.
Problem Solving: Resolve operational, staff, student/customer, and other issues promptly.
Growth & Development: Identify opportunities to improve center performance, reputation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience: Usually 3–5 years of relevant experience in education, training, administration, sales, or center operations.
Management experience: Experience in team handling and center/branch management is preferred.
Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, student/CRM management systems, and reporting.
