Role Description The Telecaller role at EMERGING BRILLIANCE LTD is a full-time remote job. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage prospective and existing clients, share information about training and coaching services, and schedule appointments or follow-up sessions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating client records in the CRM system,



and providing accurate information about programs and offerings. The role involves handling basic queries, directing more complex questions to the appropriate team members, and supporting campaign-based calling activities. The Telecaller will collaborate with the sales and training teams to meet call targets, contribute to lead generation, and uphold a professional, courteous communication style with every contact.
