Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Atmadhruti’s client base. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultations to understand client needs, and presenting tailored service offerings. The Sales Manager will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.



Day-to-day activities involve collaborating with coaching and operations teams to align offerings with client expectations, tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns. The role also includes representing Atmadhruti at events, fostering community relationships, and ensuring a high standard of client experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in sales prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management for service-based organizations.
Experience in consultative selling, needs assessment, and solution-based presentations, ideally in education, hospitality, or professional services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
