Role Description The Business Development Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram,



focused on expanding Kenza TMT Steel Bars’ market presence and customer base. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with distributors, contractors, and institutional buyers, and supporting sales growth in designated territories. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing customers, presenting product advantages and technical features, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Officer will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies that strengthen Kenza’s positioning. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities, and preparing periodic performance and market reports for management.
