About The Role

Enterprise customers rarely come to us with neatly packaged problems. They come with a business goal, a messy process, a bunch of systems that don't talk to each other and a question: "Can AI solve this?"

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager who can sit with our enterprise customers, understand these problems deeply and turn them into AI-powered solutions. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, operations and customer conversations, working closely with our product and engineering teams to take solutions from an idea to something that actually works.

This isn't a traditional PM role where you'll spend your days writing PRDs and moving tickets around.



You'll be expected to get into the weeds, understand how things work, figure out what can be automated or solved with AI, and work backwards from the business outcome. You’ll have a front-row seat to some of the most compelling AI use cases emerging in commerce.

What You'll Do

Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business processes, pain points and goals, and identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful impact.
Translate ambiguous business problems into AI-led solution strategies, figuring out what should be automated, augmented or redesigned.
Own the solutioning process from problem discovery to implementation, working closely with engineering, product and customer-facing teams.
Design workflows and solutions using LLMs, AI agents, automation and BiteSpeed's product capabilities to solve real customer problems.
