Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Human Resources across day-to-day business operations
Handle AMS activities including incident resolution, service requests, and user support
Analyze business requirements and deliver functional enhancements within the HR platform
Support change management activities for HR process and system updates
Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth application maintenance
Skills Required:
6+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 HR functional support and consulting
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 HR / D365 HR / Dynamics 365 Human Resources
Proven background as a functional consultant in HR application support and AMS
Experience in application maintenance, enhancement delivery, and production support
Ability to manage functional changes and support HR system issue resolution
Positive to Have:
Release management experience in enterprise application environments
Education: Bachelor's Degree
