KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party manufacturers to meet production requirements.
Identify and evaluate suitable third-party manufacturing units.




Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform commercial feasibility assessments for third-party manufacturers.
Collaborate with internal teams (In-house manufacturing, marketing, quality assurance and R&D;) to coordinate production activities.
Ensure consistent product supply and build monitoring systems for a 100% fill rate.
Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize production costs.
Develop and execute an outsourcing strategy for optimal transportation and logistics.
Build and maintain a resilient supply chain model to prevent disruptions.
Develop and utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve third-party manufacturers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
B. Tech or M. Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
Preferably in Packaged food industry handled both Dairy and Non-Dairy products.
Must have experience working as a Plant In-charge, Plant Manager or TPM Manager
