Job Purpose
The Senior Technical Bid Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of high-quality technical bids and proposals across multiple sectors and geographies. Working closely with Bid Managers, Technical Leads, Design Teams, and Regional Leadership, the role coordinates technical content, manages bid deliverables and ensures submissions are accurate, compelling, visually engaging, and delivered within agreed timelines.

This role requires robust technical understanding, proposal writing, coordination, and organizational skills within a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Job Accountabilities Linked to Objectives
Technical Bid Coordination:
▪ Coordinate the production of technical proposals, PQQs, ITTs, EOIs, and fee proposals from initiation through to submission.
▪ Coordinate technical inputs from Design, Technical, Commercial, and Business Development teams.
▪ Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and compelling proposal content.
▪ Write and review technical responses, methodologies, project descriptions,



and executive summaries.

Bid Production & Quality:
▪ Develop and maintain bid programmes, trackers, and submission timelines.
▪ Proofread, format, and quality-check bid documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
▪ Develop visually engaging proposal layouts in line with DSA brand standards.
▪ Coordinate the preparation of presentation materials and support post-tender presentations and rehearsals.

Content Development & Management:
▪ Maintain and continuously improve the bid content library, including project sheets, CVs, technical responses, standard content, and imagery.
▪ Ensure bid content is current, relevant, and aligned with DSA’s sectors, capabilities, and market positioning.
▪ Capture lessons learned and contributed to continuous improvement of bid processes and content.

Bid Opportunities & Submission Management:
