Experience in Years: Minimum 2 to 9 years

Education: M.tec - M.E - B.tech - B.E (Electrical)

Working Hours: 8:30 to 5 PM

Week off day: Tuesday

Job Profile:
1. Design and selection of suitable model for Submersible Motor.
2. Analysis & identifying OFI (Prospect for Improvement) for the design improvement and VAVE.
3. Initiate development Project, plan and co-ordinate for Prototyping.
4. Performance verification and validation before launch in market.
5.



Basic knowledge of Motor testing significant parameter like Head & Discharge also Manage performance as per market requirement.
6. System Benchmarking and SWOT analysis of existing Electrical design of Submersible and surface mounted motors.
7. Solar application Design & dev of AC / PMSM Motors to meet the MNRE guidelines.
8. Selection and compatibility of Solar controller & VFD to optimize the output.

Desired Candidate Profile 1. Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and fundamentals with best practice.
2. Experience/knowledge of manufacturing methods and electrical systems.
3. Experience/knowledge with Electrical software such as ANSYS
