The Area Retail Manager will oversee 12–15 stores within the assigned territory, with responsibility for driving
year-on-year growth, ensuring store profitability, delivering team training, managing recruitment for store teams,
and closely monitoring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage 12–15 stores within the assigned territory.

Requirements
1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 7–10 COCO (Company Owned
Company Operated) stores.
2. Robust analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
4. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (12–15 days per month).
5. Graduate degree or MBA required.
