Role Objective

To support the Sales Operations function by maintaining CRM data, compiling sales information, coordinating with the sales team for updates, and assisting in preparation of reports and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Data Support (Zoho CRM)
Update and maintain master data in Zoho CRM (customers, contacts, products, territories, dealers)
Enter enquiries, trials, visit reports,



and activity details as instructed
Check completeness of entries and follow up with sales team for missing data
Maintain structured records and documents related to CRM activities

Sales Data Compilation
Collect visit reports and activity updates from sales team
Compile pipeline status, enquiry details, and trial updates
Maintain records of sample requests and feedback status
Update trackers for forecasts, targets, and achievement data
Maintain database of customers and dealers

Reporting Assistance
Prepare basic weekly and monthly data summaries
Generate standard CRM reports and share with Senior Executive
Update dashboards and trackers as per defined formats
Maintain historical sales records and documentation

Follow-ups & Coordination
Follow up with sales team for pending updates and reports
Assist in tracking action items from review meetings
Share reminders regarding visit pl
