Role Description
The HIMS Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for Kensara’s healthcare information management and DPDPA compliance solutions,
focusing on healthcare providers, healthtech startups, and digital-first organizations. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Greater Delhi Area, with a mix of on-site client meetings and internal collaboration, plus some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and crafting tailored proposals that align Kensara’s offerings with client data protection and compliance needs. The HIMS Sales Manager will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and privacy teams to refine messaging, respond to RFPs, and support contract negotiations. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, tracking market trends, and providing feedback on customer needs to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
