Role Description

Generate and execute leads for IT services and SaaS solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Identify potential clients and build long-term business relationships.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with prospects regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project transitions post-deal closure.




Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and chance qualification.
Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships, understand business needs, and support renewals or upselling.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver clear presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
Relevant experience in B2B technology or IT services sales, preferably in software development, SaaS, or digital solutions.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a goal-oriented mindset and comfort working with sales targets and KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate quali
