Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Executive – Accounts to support day-to-day
accounting and finance activities. The candidate will assist with accounting entries, invoices,
reconciliations, documentation, and other financial operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance
with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
• Record daily accounting transactions in the accounting software.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and account statements.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.




• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
• Assist senior accountants and management with finance-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting/finance; freshers may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Tally Prime or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of MS Excel functions such
