Role Description The Senior Manager International Freight Forwarding Air/Sea Import Export is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves managing end-to-end air and ocean freight operations for import and export, including coordination with carriers, consolidators, customs brokers, and overseas partners.



Daily responsibilities include overseeing customer service delivery, monitoring shipment status, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with international trade and customs regulations. The Senior Manager will lead and mentor the operations team, optimize routing and cost structures, prepare and review documentation, and drive service quality and efficiency. The role also includes maintaining key client relationships, supporting business development, and providing regular performance and exception reports to leadership.
Qualifications
