About The Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can support our recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

The role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with prior recruitment experience who are interested in building their career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements for different positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.




Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience and expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage interview schedules and candidate communication.
Support offer, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Work towards recruitment and hiring targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in recruitment can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and online job portals.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
