Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify prospects, and convert leads into opportunities aligned with company targets. The role involves identifying and nurturing leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to support the full sales cycle.



The specialist will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements, present suitable solutions, and follow up to ensure timely closure of deals. Daily responsibilities also include preparing sales proposals, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to customer satisfaction through clear, professional communication and service-oriented interactions.

Identify and research prospective clients across:

-Manufacturing & Industrial Facilities
-Pharma & Biotech
-Hospitals & Hotels
-Malls & Commercial Buildings
-Data Centres and other large facilities
Data for calling will be given from VRVS. Additionally, identify key decision-makers such as Engineering Heads, Facility Heads, Operations Heads, Admin Heads and Procurement Heads.
Make high-volume outbound B2B calls and introduce VRVS India's MEP O&M; services.
